Prof. (Dr.) Biplav Kumar Sarkar is a noted and renowned academician  having M.Tech and Ph. D degree from  IIT, BHU Varnasi in Computer Science Engineering. He is having more than 15  years of vast teaching and industry experience. Dr. Biplav has published 03 books on Computer Science & Engineering discipline and has  4 patents to his credit.
   He has published more than  20  research papers in International Journals and more than  40 paper in National Journal of repute. Dr. Biplav has attended around 60 seminars and 32 conferences in India and abroad.
